At TimberArtistry.ca, we take great pride in creating customized, high-quality, handcrafted products. Due to the personalized nature of our items, we do not accept returns or exchanges on customized gifts.

1. No Returns on Customized Products

All of our products are custom-made to order, and as such, we do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind or incorrect orders placed by the customer. Please ensure all details, including spelling and design choices, are correct before placing your order.

2. Order Issues & Mistakes in Personalization

If you receive a product with an error in personalization that differs from the details you provided at the time of purchase, please contact us within 15 days of receiving your order. We will review your request on a case-by-case basis and may offer a replacement if the mistake was made on our end.

3. Reporting an Issue

To report an issue with your order, please email us at ruby.timberartistry@gmail.com with the following details:

  • Your order number
  • A clear photo of the product and the issue
  • A description of the error

We will assess your case and provide a resolution as soon as possible.

4. Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged due to shipping, please contact us immediately with photos of the damage. We will work with you to resolve the issue.

5. Cancellations

Since all orders are custom-made, we do not accept cancellations once production has started. If you need to make changes, please contact us as soon as possible after placing your order.
